Sealed bids will be received by the Holmes County Board of Supervisors, until 2:00 PM local time, May 31st, 2024, at the Board of Supervisors room located at 408 Court Square (or may be mailed to Post Office Box 239, Lexington, MS 39095), at which time and place all proposals will be opened and read aloud. Electronic bids may be submitted in lieu of paper bids at www.wcmplanroom.com.

Request for bids for HOLMES-2024(01) as follows: The Holmes County Courts Road Project in Holmes County, Mississippi. Copies may be viewed and obtained by visiting www.wcmplanroom.com. Documents are nonrefundable and must be purchased through the website. For questions regarding website registration or how to obtain documents, you may contact Plan House at 662-407-0193 or admin@phbidding.com.

The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bonds and other contract documents may be examined at the following:

1. Holmes County Chancery Clerks Office, 2 Court Square, Lexington, Mississippi.

2. Williams, Clark & Morrison, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 213 South Main Street, Yazoo City, Mississippi.

Copies may be obtained at the office of Williams, Clark & Morrison, Inc., located at 213 South Main Street, Yazoo City, Mississippi, upon payment of $100.00 for each set, which will not be refunded.

The Holmes County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities therein and to determine which is the best bid. Certified check or bid bond for five percent (5%) of total bid, made payable to the Holmes County Board of Supervisors must accompany each proposal. A performance bond and a payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract will be required.
